Montreal, Canada, August 1st, 2007 – Embrase and Parela announce
the merger of their business activities. As a result, Vincent Guyaux
takes the role of Chairman of the Board while Philippe Telio becomes
Managing Partner. Both are now Directors of Embrase Business
Consulting. Parela was an independent consulting firm specialized in
offering marketing and business development services to both technology
and traditional industry companies.
